Exporting a 197

Hi all,

I'm currently working in Singapore and are moving to Abu Dhabi with work.

Can a new UK 197 be exported to UAE with little effort. Im also hoping I will be refunded 17.5% VAT?

Import duty in the UAE is only 4% + shipping 800 GBP.

Also anyone know any dealers who offer this service.

buy it and do it yourself?

i believe you have to drain the car of all fluids before shipping, also i think in the UAE you are only allowed to have a RHD car if you know the royal family or something daft like that!
