exhausts - phI and phII 172.

is there a difference between an exhaust system for and phI 172 and a phII 172.?
I have a 2003 PhII 172 - Will a system from a early model fit??

my magnex fits both 172s , only difference is the center silencer to cats a little shorter on the 172mk2 , just so it lines up better with the newer style bumper

i know the decats on ph1 and 2 172s are different in length.
