What type of silicone do you use on exhaust joints, specifically cat to centre section? - any links?
Also are there any torque figures for the cat / centre bracket and cat / manifold bolts, I'm a bugger for overtightening!

"Normal" acid curing silicone is VERY bad for oxygen sensors and will poison them. I've heard even using it on your inlet can kill the oxy sensor?

Use the proper Oxy Sensor friendly stuff or at the least "non acid curing" type.
