Exciting gearbox issue:-/

Probably the most boring thing posted on this forum for a while but stick with it, might get interesting!

Bought a vel satis with a gearbox issue and I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can replace a pk6-004 gearbox with another pk6 type? See a lot of others like pk6-018 and stuff but don't want to buy if it's not gonna fit!

004 with it being a diesel? I'd try to find another 004 personally, after 3rd the ratios differ quite a lot between the petrol and diesel engined models. I can't find a PK6 repair manual either to get a full listing of where an 018 comes from.

Seen 002 and 052 for a 2.2 slaguna? That was my first thought.

Pk6-011 is out of commercial vehicles according to a workshop manual and others have differed torque settings so just bought (at much greater expense) a 004 gearbox. Rare and expensive but it's what's meant to Be there
