Engine noise help please!!

My engine is making a strange noise when idling like something is rubbing. If you put the revs up over 1500 it stops can anyone help.

Is the car due a service it sounds a bit like the dephaser is broken,

Going to get a dephaser tomorrow be easyer now engine is out
