Got a unusual one here..
Car has a ported lower inlet manifold and enlarged throttle body.
Started getting the car going into safe mode (done this before and fault was throttle body hense the enlarged one)
Haven't plug it in to confirm its the throttle body again, I guess'd and went and replaced It with a standard used one.
When took a drive car does not go into safe mode but dies when dipping the clutch and it won't idle after. Start up and stall.
Thought it was the body itself so got another (no.4) and same as above dies a death.
Back to the enlarged one so that its driveable but now the random fault of safe mode.
Even if the fault isn't the throttle body surly the standard one should run fine???
