EMl light

hey guys

my engine management light came on last night in my ph2 172 with the electrical fault light, i pulled over switched the engine off for about 2 mins and then started up again, but the engine management light is staying on, i cant seem to notice a difference in performance,
is it safe to drive witht he light on? as i gotta pop out tonight

I drove with it on fine for months, I only got the light removed after having its second diagnostic test.

ideal, if i notice a big drop in performance or it keeps going into limp mode i will take it home
