ebay xenon lights not working

Hey guys,
i recently bought a hid conversion kit off ebay, it was the cheap one, 15ish pounds (it was recommended in one of the threads here)
The seller made a mistake and sent me a set of h4 lamps(4300k), i tested them out on a friends subaru impreza gt and they worked, i later asked the seller to send me the right ones, hb3.
now when the package finally arrived ive connected them to the car and ... nothing..
any ideas? How can i test where the problem is? (Normal bulbs work)

Fist of all, can you provide a link to the HID kit you bought?

Second of all can you provide some images of how you are connecting the connectors to the existing terminals?

I found the problem!
They wired it the wrong way around.
I turned the red connector (where the ballast connects to the original wiring) arround and voila!
I'll add the link in a minute
