right i noo i have made post b4 but now i have some money behind me i have a clio 1.2 grande nice little clio but i want sumthink faster now the problem is its on finace so i cant really sell as id lose out on to much money and walk away with nuthink which i dont really want . so after xmas i want to get bucket seats and her lowerd 60mm at 30mm at the mo and want her lower but now it comes down to the engine was thinking bout cutting my lose and going for a r5 gt but its a shame as the clio is in really good conditon just lacks power now i no every one will go just get 172 converstion but i cant afford this and i was to just buy a 172/182 in a few years so what engine converstion should i do after xmas want it to me quick but not mega as only really want to use the speed down the county lanes and top end dont bother me so what would the best engine to get on a budget of 500-800 pound can get it all fitted by my mate so no got to worry bout the cost also i got bigger brakes on so dont need to worry bout that i was going to go for the r5 gt engine into it but i want somethink which is a str8 swap really and have not got to mess around with getting brackets made so could any one suggest an engine i could use and not a 172 one please sorry for no full stops etc i dislix so no idea were to put them lol my spelling is good for once tho any help would be great full cheers lads
was bored and it was late. Before everyone tells you what you should and shouldnt be doing could I ask how old you are? just because you sound quite young and i wouldnt go converting your car if you were 17-18.
