dull paint??

When cleaning my clio the other weekend I noticed that my passenger side front wing seemed to be duller than the rest of the paintwork...you can see it looks like a matt finish compared to the rest of the car...would this be the laquer? it must have been recently re-painted..anyone got any ideas to solve this or should I get it re-painted?

Sounds like a dodgy respray job . You'll probably need to get it resprayed .

i had this...the guy said "the paint had died" and it was buffed again and came up fine, if that doesnt last its a respray aparently. becuase possibly the primer wasnt left long enough so when paint was sprayed on it was absorbed etc...dunno how tru it is. but thats what i was told
