Anyone had probs fitting them??

I fitted them the other day, and had to take a little off the sides as they were not goin in.

without the shims they fitted no bother, cleaned the shims up but still would not slide in??

i ground some off the ends, they wouldn't even go in with out the anti squeel shims!!!

apparently its common on aftermarket pads

Ds2500's never fit even with the rattle pates reomobe you need to remove some material.

mine went straight in, according to my mate who fitted them.

Leave the shims out. They drop in just fine.

thank f**k for that then, wont leaving the shims/rattle pads out wear the caliper? might take a little more off them as I dont think they aremoving freely.

After 67k without shims and a very hard track life my calipers are fine...don't worry about it.

next question how the f**k do u stop them squeeling? also never had grooved discs before are u meant to hear a very slght rumble when braking?
