Drivers side engine mount gone

Right my drivers side engine mount is dead. (no thread on one of the bolts ???) Thinking of replace + upgrade and all of the mounts while im at it as I've heard the dogbone mount get some bad press.
I have a 1.6 16v
I have heard the 172/182 dog mount will fit and do a better job. This true, details please.
Where can I get new/uprated mounts and how much

There no upgrades bar one for the dogbone avaliable for a decinet price.

All the mounts are fine though the dogbone just wears its the way it is harder mounts put more load on the engine and other mounts.

Mounts are availibale form Renault or Ktce etc.
