Drivers Seat wont stay in position

Has anybody got any advice as to what it could be? I fitted a pair of trendlines (complete with runners) and now the drivers seat wont lock into position, it just keeps sliding forwards and backwards? Could it be the runners or is it most likely to to be the mechanism on the actual seat?

I'd say it's the actual runners, as when the seat it tilted to get in the back there is a bit of metal(made of cheese) that remembers where the seat was.

So if that's broke then the seat will not lock into place.

Best replacing them, if that's a viable option I don't know.

Thanks, i've got a spare set of runners from the original seats so il'l have a go at swapping it over.
