Drivers seat wont lift forward - cable snapped?

My drivers seat won't lift forward to get people into the back, the passenger side is fine though.
The lever just flaps, it feels like there should be a cable or something there, but there isn't.
Has it come unattached or snapped or wut?
Also, how do i get in there? The screws look all weird.

Most likely broken, but its worth removing the handle at the top, thats 3 Torx Screws IIRC.
If its still attached at the top, pop the flap up at the bottom of the back of the seat, has a couple of elastic type straps holding it IIRC.

Most likely snapped though, Can be bought from Renault however!

Half way up the seat the cable is attached to a white plastic clip. This had popped off mine and I just re attached it and the seat now works fine.

How do I get to it if it's in the middle of the seat?
