I was passenger in a black Mk3 MX-5. I was meant to be on track but I didn't book it in time, so I gave my mate a bit of tuition as it was his first time there.

Was my first track day in my own car, enjoyed it. Didn’t enjoy the constant reds because of the mr2 going off at red gate every lap though, then screaming back into the track and throwing gravel everywhere

Yeah there were a few people out there who couldn't keep it on the grey stuff. If I had booked it myself there would've probably been more red flags...

My friend Iain was there in his rx7, had a bit of issue with black flags for noise before finding a decibel devil and managing to take part for the rest of the day.

He said it was a little relaxed etiquette wise.

Shame you couldn't get the mk3 out there Ste!
