Diagnose noise from engine bay.*free prize to be won*

  Looking....
Ok I have zero mechanical knowledge when it comes to engines so looking for some help.
I took the Clio off the road a few weeks ago as it has developed a noise from the engine bay. I have since bought another car and have advertised the Clio for sale with the faults but she is still here. As it's just sat here I thought I may as well stick a thread up, add a video and see what you guys think.
The car had belts and dephaser done at renault in 2013 and has been running great. It still starts and runs great with no power loss.

I am happy to take more videos if you think it will help. So anyone got any ideas what it could be?
A prize will be sent to the first person who correctly pin points the fault.
Cheers in advance

That's not the dephaser.
Go on youtube and listen to the noises of dephasers.
I would say your alternator or power steering pump is failing.
Remove the aux belt and run the engine for a few seconds and compare the noises to see if it's gone.
Then one by one turn each pulley by hand without the engine running.
My alternator failure sounded just like yours.
