£700 ish i think mine was, because it requires a cambelt change and you may aswell change the aux belt so not a cheap job

  53 Clio's & counting
I think its circa £650-700 from the various specialists here.

My old silver one was rattling its arse off at 120k, but my black one was over 140k when i sold it and was quiet as a mouse

Dephaser pulley
Timing belt and tensioners
Waterpump
Aux belt

  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
dont bother with the water pump. make sure he does the full aux kit, not just the belt. Also make sure it gets an oil and filter change at the same time. No point having a nice new dephaser on there with old oil

Thanks for the feedback - It's priced to be competitive but still make it worth my while and I do the same for other club members on other Renault models to not just the Clio RS.

Renault quoted me 775 to fo the whle lot. The car is making an awful noise so I really want them done asap. Need to sell my 1.2 to payfor it though :s

Worst case is they fail completely taking out valves but I stress, that's the worst case and they tend to go on a fair while making a nasty rattle though I have had one customer with a unit that failed three weeks after diagnosis and it completely fekkerd his engine which forced a replacement of the lot... you takes your chances i'm afraid.
