Dephaser - new timing belt

[RS182-CLIO]

Getting my belt done tommorrow and just thinking

When I pick it up there should be no whirring noise as if the belts too tight,
The last one I fitted myself I think I done too tight and it whirred as im thinking if any over tightness on the 182 would accelerate probs on the dephaser?

do they have all 3 renault tools (ask them)

its not a tippex job

Sorry I should have explained better,
The last timing belt I done was on a saxo.
