dent removal

hi i have a dent in my tail gate on left of lock about finger length and was wondering how i woul;d go about getting it out or does anyone do it for me quotes from bodyshops are 100 plus vat because they say it needs a spray but tbh i think it will be ok just took out, anyone on here do it?

google paintless dent removal for your area. I had 2 dents removed this week cost me £70 all in. If there a few in your area doin PDR chances are you'll get it cheaper.
Thats unless the paint has cracked then your fuuked
