dash rattle

I have a really bad dash rattle - Seems to be coming from the centre of it. I have noticed that if i press hard the Pen holder in front of the little info screen the rattle stops. I have read the How to remove the dash in the FAQ section but what i wanted to know was if this holder is removeable seperatly.

Also has any body else suffered from this rattle?

I think it is removable, you have to pop the tray above the screen out first then you can pop the pen holder out (not sure though, ill try it later on and let you know)

Had a look, you can pop it out by puting a flat screwdriver under the edge
