Currently fitting Rear suspension to a 172 - Not 100% sure on something

Those 2 rubber bits facing each other at the top of the suspension. On the two I have taken off it had one at the top in the boot where you take off the cover. I fitted one in on one side (one on the bottom, one on the top) then thought neither of these old two had both of the rubber bits (sorry don't know what they are called)

Anyone confirm I should def. fit both of the rubber bits.

Ooops just found the other bits the other side of the car!!

Need to change mine soon, Rear end feels like its shaking its ass when turning tight corners.

Whats the procedure? old ones out, swap over the rubber bits in the same order and bolt back up?

There are a few threads on here how to do it. Dead easy really, even for a novice like me. Would of done it in 20mins if not for faffing about with different things.
