Cup suspension on a non cup.

I got a non cup'd 172 and it's on 50mm lowering springs on the front.

To be fair the ride is horrendous, So I seen on here that cup suspension should be able to make the ride less bouncy and trashy.
so does 172 cup suspension fit a 172 non cup?

If not, anyone want to recomend some low priced shocks for me, I don't have much money so cup would be perfect as they go for cheap 2nd hand.

Thanks

Fitting cup shocks wont rectify the fact you have fitted springs that make the car too low.

Either get cooksports or coilovers.

Prolines don't offer a drop, Sportlines will though. Mine's on Cup shocks and Sportlines. Excellent for road and track use. About 25mm drop though on average.
