Cruise control not working

Afternoon Chaps,

On saturday I have a 7/8 hour round trip to do on the motorway, But the last couple of times I have tried, My cruise control has nt been working.

The button works and clicks in place and the light comes up on dash..

Any ideas?

You could try adjusting the brake pedal switch. Iirc twist it off the pedal anticlockwise, pull out, try pulling the plunger out 1-2 clicks, refit, check the brake lights still come on, roadtest.
