Coolant Flush

Hi, looking to change my coolant on my 1.2 16V, unsure how to go about it, any help would be great!

The reason for the change is the car is now 10 and it looks like the coolant is the same age...., brown manky stuff! No idea what it even is.

Got myself some Renault Type D coolant and new coolant tank.

So yeah, please help :S

Think getting a haynes manual is your best bet, easy enough job for anyone who's handy with a spanner.
