Coolant & Brake Fluid Change

Just looking through the Service book for my November '03 172 cup & found it says:
72k or 4yr Coolant & Brake Fluid change....

I only had it's 2nd (24k) service done a few months back.
Do i now have to pay a garage to get this done to keep up full service history? or can i change it myself?

Depends if the next owner checks the books a normal stamp is ok for most people they forget the brake and coolent chnages needed doing.

Its easy to change yourself if you have some knowedge.
