Contract question.

I'm 9 months into n 18 month contract with Orange, £35 a month, I want to reduce this by going onto a different plan; not canceling my contract with them, as I'm not using the free minutes up each month and obviously don't need them.

Am I able to do this? Or am I tied into the £35 pm deal now for 18 months?

I think you can move to a lower plan, but not a higher plan?

Be quicker to give them a call...

I think the phone they gave me came on most plans, I sold it on anyway because they didnt have the phone I wanted.

I called and was on hold for 40 mins, then I got bored.

cant downgrade within the first 9 months i beleieve .

You can drop it down, but yeah they are a nightmare to get hold of

I've found they answer quicker if you ring from a landline.

I'm sure they will let you drop it now, 9 months sounds enough. I'm sure you can change 12 month ones from 4-6 months
