Cold Air Feed

  DCI 80
I know there are a few posts up about this but I'm a Dci man and a relative beginner when it comes to car mechanics at least.

Direct cold air feed from fog to my air-box on my Dci 80... Discuss

(Apologies if I'm making a tit of myself asking this question)

Sounds good. Some sort of mesh guard over the fog light may be advisable to prevent stones/small birds/whatever etc damaging the panel filter.

Without relocating pipes, cutting into scuttle panels and spending a fair chunk (£100 or so) that's about as good as an induction setup is going to get.

P.S. It may however be worth making a Ph1 airbox fit. Some standard airboxes are suprisingly bad at efficient air flow.
