Clutch release bearing?

Hi all -

I've currently got an annoying rattle at low rpm deceleration and when I engage the clutch.

I've uploaded a quick video where you can hear me engaging the clutch multiple times.

Is this the noise of the release bearing?

Bit hard to hear from the video mate

If you start the car and idle it does the noise change when you press/depress the clutch?

Do you have a bearing whine while driving?

Yeah when I press the clutch it makes a rattle, release the clutch and it goes. Sounds a bit rattly moving around at low rpm / decelerating.

I'll have to take it to the garage and see. Crossing my fingers its not the bearing, just odd it only occurs with the clutch pressed down

It definitely sounds like the release bearing mate

May as well do the clutch while you are there, I had same issue about 3 weeks ago

Genuine Valeo clutch kit is cheap enough from Eurocarparts

Worth a double check at the garage mind but the symptoms definitely sounds like a release bearing
