Clutch Release Bearing.......Correct Diagnosis???

  PH2 Track Car
Bloody cars got to love them, just spent fortune on brakes, oil, fluids and prepping car for track and fault occurs the day before

Think it is clutch release bearing...am i right?

at low revs you can here a wine when off throttle or constant speed. really loud at 2k and below sometimes makes a noise like putting a playing card in your bike wheel lol (if that makes sense)

all noises go away when clutch is pressed down.

no noise at idle from what i can tell.

Normally theres a noise at idle as well but if everything goes away when the clutch is depressed then i'd say you're probably right

That playing card in a bike wheel turned out to be a diff in one of my previous cars!
not sure it is the same on a clio though ....
had the noise for about two months the the car made horrendous banging noise on pull away !!!
