Clunk Sound when pulling off...

basicly a clunking sound at the front of my car when i pull off in the clio, it happens when i turn the wheel about 180 degrees, and when i come off my clutch...


Any ideas???

It could be your cv joints. Inner or outer, but most likely outer if you say it happens when turning.

cheers mate, got it booked in for a gearbox drainage and replacement, ill get the garage to check over the cv joints while im at it.. thanks!! i was hopeing some one would also say them, as i thought it could of being.. cheers

could even be bottom ball joints, strut top mounts, track rod ends, like you said cv joints.. These are all common things i see every day in my trade..

Get them to check the lot mate...
