Clocks knackard

My speedo clock is well and truly w**kered.

My Clios done 79,xxx miles the second digit (9) was always only showing half, i.e inbetween the 9 and 0.

Now its reverted back to zero showing that Ive done 70,xxx miles.

Anyone know whats happened and if it can be fixed?
