clio ph 1 172 sport idle speed control valve part numbers

hey guys need a bit of info about idle speed control valves,i took mine off today to get the part number as i have a low idle problem and the part number on it is 7700112829 but on another thread on here and on ebay for a ph 1 clio 172 sport year 2000 which is mine the part number is
8200048850,so have i got the wrong control valve on??????? could anyone shed any light on this please? thank you
