Clio 197 Brembo Calipers with 285 mm discs?

Hi there

Can Anyone tell me if it is possible to use these calipers with 285 mm discs?

I am contemplating putting a set together for my R5 GTT race car. But I want to keep weight down, and retain the 15" wheels.
Also, anyone know what thickness of discs they use?

Normally it's a 312mm x 28mm disc.

the calipers need machining on the mounting holes facing the upright.

this is for 280 discs, so i imagine it would be 2.5mm for 285?
