Clio 197 Ball Joint MOT Fail

I know this question gets asked a lot but I thought I would ask again for my own peace of mind. My 197 failed it's MOT a few weeks back, they put on the certificate "suspension ball joint worn excessively nearside front centre outer" Renault have told me this part doesnr exist and has to be built so could be a few months wait. Charging 388 for the part plus fitting. Does anyone know where I could find the part instead as my local garage is up for fitting it.

Pop that in ebay , press the old joint out and fit new.

Okay thanks for your help. If the garage weren't willing to press it in case it doesn't work would that ball joint + hub I posted above be the correct thing?
