Video from Kames last week.

With the OZ ultras and r888s the car felt a lot better. Took 2 seconds off my time from dec practice.

Decided to enter the SSHC this week. The first event is Kames on 6-7th April then Doune a week later (which I don’t think I can make). I’ve got a few jobs to do to the car first and all my safety gear to buy in the next few weeks.

The aim this year is to go to the events I can and just get better through the year. Fingers crossed it’s a good first year.

Getting read for my first event this weekend.

Just before my last event I spotted one of the rear shocks was leaking. Rather than spend a fortune on coil overs I decided to got with new cup shocks all round for now.

Out with the old.

I’ve also spotted a split CV boot on my OS driveshaft. It’s new but looks like it has rubbed against the engine block. Has anyone experienced this before? I’ll replace it tonight but considering dressing back the bit of the engine block that is rubbing.
