Clio 172 won't start

Clio 172 changed bottom end as it siezed put second hand bottom end new timeig belt kit ect bottom crank Pully cog new plugs new gaskets ect new head bolts and all tightend up right settings got timeing tool kit done all timeing turn engine round n crank tool Gose back in and cam tool Gose on n first piston at top but when go to start just turns over. Got spark and fuel geting to it compression on all cylinders could it be cams set wrong / timeing ?? 07768721866 call me or reply thanks

have same problem also pal will start and then run with enough easystart but runs like its cammed up and stalls under load and harsh throttle
just done:
cps and wiring
oil and gen filter elf 5-40
cambelt and dephaser timing good
coilpackplugs and leads
all new gaskets and seals on inlet, cleaned everything icv throttle ect new inlet and breather pipes all this is genuine renault
good injector signals imob light going out as it should
Fuel pump primes
Got good compression
Injectors are spraying but don't think it's spraying properly also
am now thinking injectors,cts,lambda but don't know enough about these cars any help would be appreciated

update
had running again today with easy start to initially start it when warm and floored revs to 5500 revs and bounces also had snap on tester on it and tps code came up that's it ??? anyone
