"replaceable" depends on the skill of the person who will do it.

Removing dash/clocks
I want to remove the speedo/rpm clock console so I can take the bulb out of the emissions light. Has anyone done this before...if so how do you go about it and is it easy?

They’re soldered in. If you know what you’re doing with a soldering iron then absolutely yes.
