Clio 1.8 16V fuel system question

  Clio 1.8 16V
Hi guys,

Johan from Belgium here.

I have a question about the fuel system of my Clio 1.8 16V ('94). The previous owner installed a separate fuel power valve and clamped one of the fuel rail connections. See the green hose in the first picture. The second picture shows the valve itself with 2 visible connections on top and 1 unvisible underneath. I always found this a bit odd but did not pay proper attention to it until now. You can already guess, this sucker is leaking. And now I want to restore the system back to standard. The problem is I cannot find any good information how the connections should be made.

I'm hoping someone here can provide me with some decent pictures of it... Many thanks in advance!

Here's some diagrams of the system, basically you need a standard fuel rail that has the regulator built into it and the correct pipes

Number 5 in this pic is the vacuum pipe that connects to the original regulator

Thanks for this Paddy!

I used Dialogys way back. I will check if I can find a new copy of it, should be quite helpful with almost anything.

One more question: where is the original regulator located in the pictures above?
