Climate Control

Can anyone help??? I have a Clio Sport 182 and the climate control doesn't appear to be working correctly. The fan speed is working but when adjusting the temperature the heater only seems to blow one level of heat??

Check the climate control interior sensor is plugged in. Pull the panel off the roof lining where the courtesy and map reading light is. There should be a torpedo shaped black sensor in there that should be plugged in, without this plugged in you cant change temperature. People sometimes dissconect them because they start buzzing and it annoys them
