I have literally no idea why mine does it, all the exhaust mounts are brand new!

Same. Fitting my new mount made it worse... Need to find a way of wedging the hanger up a little more to stop it dropping so low. Doesn't look too bad on mine, it's just annoying!

You tried metal zip ties to hold yours in place in the mount?!

Mines a tight fit on the mount, just doesn't sit right, I had the same problem, was fine before, now it's bad haha
