Change dual filament rear bulbs on a Cup

How the hell do you remove the bulb carrier to put the bulb in?

I've tried squeezing the bottom up but doesn't seem to want to budge....does it need a little force?

I'm also having trouble getting my hands in as the rear arch keeps getting a little in my way!

Help please!

Yea, brake lights and rear lights are in one unit and need to remove and replace as the drivers side brake light is dead

once you've got the cluster off the car, the plastic bulb carrier unclips from the lens assembly - there are four plastic clips (on the lens moulding) that need bending out carefully. there's a rubber seal between the two assemblies in the face of the bulb carrier which may be causing the two to stick together
