Centre exhaust joint leak

Had a constant blow from the centre joint at the rear of the cat. Have got a 192 Stainless fitted and have heard these are difficult to seal properly. Could anyone advise how these can be properly sealed and clamped?

If it's the standard olive joint yeh they are a pain.

I used plenty of high temp black silicone and then clamped around it on my old 182, never had a blow.

Hi Mate, can't see the image google says page blocked? Yeah I have tried silicone but I think the clamp is shot. Im using the two bolt type. Think it needs removal cleaning and reassembly

If it's the olive joint, get it cut off and sleeved. The joints are s**t.
