CD to I-Tunes...... how long does it take!?

  Meg 250/E36 Touring
How long should it take to save a CD to I-Tunes?

My computer is saying 27 minutes to download 1 track!

Surely this can't be right?? I can't believe everyone who is younger than me spends their entire life doing this??!!

Am I doing something wrong??

Are you doing other stuff at the same time, Rich? Pooters don't like doing a lot at once, like a man. Especially if they're old. ;)

Thanks.

My laptop is a year old, so can't work it out.

I'm guessing there could be endless reasons why it doesn't work... I'll ask those in the know @ work tomo as getting stressed now!

Again, many thanks for info.

Hmmm. I'm wondering if you don't have much memory left, that'll slow the operating system. Shouldn't really take that long to copy a CD over. How quick is it at loading interwebbings pages?

Shouldn't make a difference but make sure your importing the CD in MP3 format. 160kbs should be fine.
