Car on axle stands/ramps

Might sound like a "dumb"question but if I drive my car up onto a set of car ramps then jack it up say from the front and put it on axle stands should this be safe enough to work under it. Ithoughtitmighy as handbrake will be on.

Yes, but be careful apply force longitudily (EG swinging on a breaker bar) because the rocking could wobble it over if you forgot to put the handbrake on.

If i'm gonna be right under I usually chock the rear wheels as well.
