Is it possible to take a picture like this with a digital Camera?? I have a Fuji Z100fd.

Yes if you can control the shutter speed or have a "bulb" setting. A tripod would help too.

tripod a must.. Long shutter speed, and adjust iso etc as required

Probably not with your Fuji, doubt it'll have the manual settings.

Have a look at Ukaskews stickied thread - a crash course in photography, he's well clued up.

if you have an S mode, you can select it and alter the shutter speed. Tripod needed... or a very very steady hand/resting point

you might be able to do it if you have shooting modes like sport etc. These will adjust priorities between apperture size and shutter speed so selecting the right one will give long shutter speeds.

As said, long shutter speed and a tripod. Set it up and play with the various shutter speeds but I'd imagine it would be several seconds?.
