Cambelt Problem

i have had my Renault clio 172 03 plate for about 2 1/2 months, i brought it from a garage they have changed the cambelt on it, but i dont think they have fitted it right. It is starting to make a squeeking noise already and it is really worn already as well.

I will post a pic shortly to see what you guys think?

was the cambelt tension screws if that means anything??
