Cam, Timing and Aux Belts.

Ive just recently bought a 02 plate 172 with 60K
Ive been looking through the service history and there is nothing in it about any of the belts being changed yet.
How could i find out if this has been done and if not im guessing i should get them all sorted asap?

Probably not been done, where do you live, i'd go to a specialist off here if you can.

I live in Northumberland, i think there is a Renault specialist in Newcastle, is there anyone up here you know of that you would recommend?
Would you recommend getting them done straight away?

well both belts are 2 years overdue
and the aux belt is 24k and 2 years overdue.

Don't know anyone up north sadly.

If it was me i'd get it done asap.

Thats what i thought, about how much would it cost for all 3 belts? I know it will be pricey. About £700-800?

£450ish if you can find somewhere good to do it.

dealer would be 700+
