Cam pulley bolts

Hi All
I will be doing the cam belt and de-phaser on my 182 soon and have been looking through the Renault workshop manuals.
The manuals say to replace the exhaust cam pulley retaining bolt and the de-phaser retaining bolt - is this neccessary?
If not does any one have the torque setting for these bolts?

you can reuse them if you want, its £28 or so for the kit, worth the risk? your call

Question on these cam-bolts : Could oil be leaking from the exhaust cam retaining bolt ?
Oil seems to be coming from that one on my engine ...?
I'm thinking it must be coming from the seal and not from the bolt/thread itself ?
