Calling all custom exhaust fitters

Would it be possible to fit an exhaust with a y split going to a cat and a decat and fit a valve to switch between them. this would make it very easy at mot time when the cat needs re-fitting.
I was also thinking if this works you could automate the valve on a switch effectively giving you a sports/economy button

it is, but that would cost you serious amaounts of dosh to have fabricated
