Cabin fan not working?

Hi Guys, wondering if anyone may know why the interior heating system, fan / aircon etc is not wanting to work? Common fault?

Resistor pack $$$$$ from renault.... really simple to change... 2 min job... only a torx driver needed... and a flat headed screwdriver...
If you need one get hold of me and i might be able to sort you out...

NOt the fuse then? Where is the resistor pack then dude? Im pretty handy with the tools but bieng fairly new to clios, thought Id ask first... Its got climate control and all the lights are working and the fan symbol on the screen works fine, just no air..... Help
